Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.
To qualify for a return:

If your return request is approved, we will:

⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
📦 Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at monafv@aol.com with photos and your order ID. We will resolve the issue promptly.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

🔁 Exchanges
To exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.
🇪🇺 European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery — no reason required.
The item must still meet the standard return conditions (unused, tags intact, original packaging, proof of purchase).
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
